Hadley Consulting Engineers is an independent building services engineering and sustainability consultancy located in Barnet, North London. We provide innovative, technically robust solutions tailored to our client’s brief, financial constraints and environmental objectives. We are proactive in our approach and consistent in delivering projects to a high standard.
We support our clients through the various stages of the building process, from feasibility and planning, developing projects to meet the RIBA design stages, commissioning and operational stages of the building and beyond.
We provide Building Information Modelling (BIM) where required and issue documentation and models to BIM level 2 standards.

Andy Steels
Andy established Hadley Consulting engineers in February 2020. Using his extensive knowledge and experience has developed the business to ensure it is capable of delivering a consistent, quality product within the clients required budgets and time scales.
Andy has over 30 years experience with both design and build contractors and as a director within large consultancies and has extensive experience delivering technically challenging projects in all sectors of the industry.
Ben Otiko
Ben joined Hadley Consulting Engineers in March 2021 to help lead the design processes within the company. Ben uses his experience to ensure that each project is delivered within the companies quality, environmental and health and safety procedures.
Ben has over 15 years experience with in large consultancies and has extensive experience in delivering technically challenging projects in all sectors of the industry.
Project Delivery
Our management team have worked throughout the industry in senior positions to gain a wealth of experience to bring to each project we work on.
Every project is led by a Director who provides the right management experience to the team throughout the project.
When we start on a project, we ensure that the key staff remain working on the project. The project director takes responsibility for all services for the full duration of the project. Continuity of key staff is fundamental to both our success and the success of our client’s projects
